About Me

After qualifying in Reflexology I initially worked at the Hawthorne Clinic in Tunbridge Wells and at Esporta, a local Health Club. I have now set up my own practice in central Tunbridge Wells.

Professional development is very important to me and have qualified to become ART registered (Advanced Reflexology Techniques) and VRT registered (Vertical Reflexology Techniques). These deeper forms of clinical reflexology have helped my practice to grow as they are very effective and some of my clients have experienced remarkable results.

In March 2004 I achieved a diploma in Indian Head Massage which is very popular with my clients after a stressful week at work!!

I also practice Hopi Ear Candles achieving good results when I have combined this with reflexology for people suffering chronic sinus problems. My clients have been able to avoid repeated antibiotics and surgery.

In March 2006 I qualified to become a Bach Flower Remedies practitioner, I feel this has added new dimension to my current therapies and will work well for my clients.

Recently I have seen a lot of clients suffering with cancer and have helped them through their 'cancer journey' especially with the side effects from chemotherapy and radiotherapy. I now attend the Pickering drop in Cancer Centre in Tunbridge Wells, once a fortnight to treat Cancer patients and their families.

I am currently training to become a nerve reflexologist. This is practiced in addition to a conventional reflexology treatment to treat chronic pain and muscular skeletal conditions.

To become an Alternative Therapy Practitioner has been a life long ambition, I love each day and enjoy the challenge of helping my clients untangle their health and life issues.
